Persian Cats

Persian cats are longhaired cats whose origin dates back to the Middle East in the1500s. Persian cats have a sweet personality, are good with children and normally are very easy-going. They have beautiful long coats, large eyes and large heads. You'll notice that they have relatively short legs and a flat nose. Persian cats come in a variety of different color combinations - too many to talk about here - so you are likely to be able to find just what you're looking for in a Persian cat. Besides these interesting physical characteristics, they are very much like most other cats and can make very good family companions.
